Natalie Portman and Eric Bana to star in The Other Boleyn Girl

Natalie Portman and Eric Bana will come together again in The Other Boleyn Girl.

Natalie Portman (Star Wars Episode II, III) and the very handsome Eric Bana (Munich, Troy, Black Hawk down, The Hulk) are all set to star in the historical drama, The Other Boleyn Girl for Columbia Pictures.

The film is based on the novel of the same name by Philippa Gregory. ‘The other Boleyn Girl’ revolves around the ambitious Boleyn sisters, Mary and Anne competing for the biggest prize in the land, the love of King Henry VIII. Set against a backdrop of one of the most glamorous courts in Europe, this tale proposes to be a masala mix of love, sex, ambition, and intrigue.

It will be sometime before we see the movie, and speaking for myself, I can't wait to see the very charismatic and sexy Prince Hector teemed opposite the beautiful Princess Amadala of Naboo. 

The Other Boleyn Girl will be directed by Justin Chadwick. The filming for the movie will commence in September 2006 in Europe.

Natalie Portman last starred in V for Vendetta while Eric Bana was last seen in Steven Spielberg's Munich. Bana's forthcoming movie is Lucky You that is directed by Curtis Hanson.
